My husband and I went in to look for a convertible. We drove, and liked... Before I left I was given in writing the terms of a lease. We went and test drove a few more cars and had our selection down to two. The Infinity and another ...brand. We went back to the Infintiy dealer and drove one more time, ready to sign, but it was late so we told them we'll call you in the morning for the numbers. They came back and the numbers were $100 more than the previous quote, We countered back with what happened to these, we even know the "desk manager" who gave us the number as he admitted it. They escalated to the exec. manager. and suddenly the car was not available or couldn't be found. In other words they couldn't make the deal work and used whatever excuse they could to get out of the written quote. I say stay away from the liars. In this economy the truth works, and you guys will NEVER have my business, and I will post here and facebook and wherever else I can find and warn buyers to watch out for the bait and switch, number fixing and everything else that happened in this transaction. Wow - amazing customer service, new car price, and trade-in offer / sale! I drove 80 miles to work with Elk Grove dealership and it was well worth the drive. I had 3 other Infiniti dealers closer to trade-in offer / sale! I drove 80 miles to work with Elk Grove dealership and it was well worth the drive. I had 3 other Infiniti dealers closer to me but Randy Y went above and beyond to locate the right car and Specs I requested. When the SUV arrived, Randy contacted me. At first I was hesatant to drive the distnace, but again, well worth the trip. Randy took the time and explained every detail about the car - most other salesperson wouldn't do this because it does take time. Back in summer 2011 I was ready to purchase a new car. I had been searching for a month at various places including another dealership in the area. Not convinced by the other dealer, I started to do some research and went to the Infiniti website. Site provided me a better idea of inventory available. I called to verify the accuracy of the information. Peter answered the phone and the questions I subsequently asked. I was certain they were closing soon and he offered to wait for me. Staying open late, Peter and Trent, his manager, upon arrival was ready to listen to my remaining concerns. They offered me a test drive in the color, model, and the features I was searching for. They were also accommodating of my time and took care of the processing on the financing side as I elected for the test drive. The test drive gave me a real feel of what to expect from the car I ended up purchasing. Upon return from the test drive, they cut all the price haggling, financing, and need to travel any further to purchase a car I wanted and not just to get a car off their lot. Additionally as it was after hours at this point, the detailing guys were gone, Peter personally detailed the car he sold me. I was blown away by the attention he provided to my purchase. I was impressed by the managers respect to all my concerns and questions during the finance process. Overall they took my time and concerns seriously. This dealership, Infiniti of Elk Grove, made this one of the easiest experiences I had for purchasing a car. I would recommend this dealer to anybody searching for a car and not just a new Infinti. Although not living near Elk Grove, traveling to this dealership is worth it for purchasing and servicing any vehicle. More

I drive a long distance to get my car serviced (which, BTW, I also bought from the same place)for 3 years now. I haven't been to a BMW showroom but my friend who owns a Mercedes has been there and he told me that Infiniti of Elk Grove is at par with the Merc service - BMW is at the bottom on his list! Overall great experience...they have great deals on the service and new purchases. You will not regret going there for any reason! Thumbs up guys! More
