I apologize for your experience with our pre-owned inventory and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. While the sales and service team makes every effort to properly inspect and recondition our vehicles prior to making them available for test drive, it is clear that their was a breakdown in our process regarding the original vehicle you test drove. With regards to the certified vehicle you purchased, sometimes due to the complex nature of automobiles, a concern can come up after the initial inspection but I made sure our service team was aware of this so that they may update their quality inspection processes. I am glad to hear they were able to address the concerns you had with your vehicle and that you enjoyed working with Jason.
