After spending weeks at numerous dealerships we returned to St Augustine because it was comfortable, informative, helpful, and Hyundai makes a good car- outstanding mpg, great warranty. Of all the sales people we dealt with Mr Davis out shone them all. He went out of his way to be sure we got the car we wanted. He patiently let us take our time checking out the cars, comparing options to be sure we were happy with our choice….and we are.!!! Thank you for a very pleasant car buying experience. You are stellar Mr. Davis!! I will happily refer friends and family to St Augustine Hyundai. PS My only ‘complaint’ is because the sales transaction occurred so late I don’t think my car was detailed as well as it should have been, especially the windows and mirrors. Except for Mr Davis and the gentleman in finance, we didn’t interact with anyone else. More

Tunde O’Connor was a very responsive person, but technical side of the dealership was not up to the task. I have been three times already for the same reason with no result. Two months ago, an oran technical side of the dealership was not up to the task. I have been three times already for the same reason with no result. Two months ago, an orange engine light came on. I went to the dealership and they told me that we need to replace fuel tank pressure sensor. They did not have it on stock and I paid so they can order it. When the part arrived I went there and they installed it. The very next day the engine light came on again and it was on and off ever since. I called the dealership and was told to bring the car when the light is on so they can scan it. It was not easy to time it and bring it when the light is on so it took me a while, but I brought the car last Saturday 8/17. They scanned it and told me the same code like the previous time – P0451. The technician who ordered the replacement was not there and I was told that they will talk to him and will call me what would be the next step. Nobody has called me so far. I drove three times to the dealership (20 miles one direction), wasted 3 days of my time, spent $700 and still having the same problem. More
