The customer service here is a joke from management down to the service department! I purchased 2 2024 sonata’s both have front number defects, I’ve bought it up to the management team they have no response to the service department! They ordered the part and then didn’t even know they had to order more. 33 days now my car is still sitting there. More

We made two trips for a repair to fix trim that keeps popping of the rear passenger window. We wasn’t home 1 week and it popped off. To long of a wait for service.
