Terrible customer service. VERY DIFFICULT to get a human to answer phone in Service. But it gets WORSE ! When I finally got a human on the line ( After FIVE tries) to ans VERY DIFFICULT to get a human to answer phone in Service. But it gets WORSE ! When I finally got a human on the line ( After FIVE tries) to answer a quick question about my flat tire. (as I'm on the side of the road changing in Cold weather), her response was, "All of our technicians are Busy". So I hung up and called another Dealer who I did NOT buy my Palisades from. They answered in 5 seconds put me through to a technician in 15 seconds and he answered my question and Saved the day! AVOID St Augustine Hyundai because they WONT be there when you Really need them. I won't be going back to them for Service again and Certainly wil NEVER buy another vehicle from them again More
