Went to pick up my car after service and it was substantially more than what was quoted when I dropped it off, because they said my Palisade used 2 extra quarts of oil. It was in the small print, but was not pointed out. Service price is too high, even after a $5 coupon I had. I’m buying a new car soon, but it won’t be another Hyundai. I feel like customer service is down and prices are up, especially since the moved to the new dealership. More

The people there are friendly, honest, and extremely welcoming. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Walking in at 10am, it did not feel like 1pm when I left. They are well organized and explained everything to the tee made the whole process go by swiftly. I have no doubt that I’d have the same experience with any of the salesmen but I specifically worked with Jim Potts and I’d do it again on any future purchases. Even outside of the sale floor he immediately seemed like an honest man I’d hang out with. They are not vultures in there. They treat you like a normal human being and wanting to help you get what you want. More
