Service takes way too long! I scheduled a simple oil change for a Saturday afternoon. I understand a lot of customers need to use Saturday appointments, but it certainly should I scheduled a simple oil change for a Saturday afternoon. I understand a lot of customers need to use Saturday appointments, but it certainly should not have taken 2 hours! Thank goodness I requested the shuttle service instead of sitting in the waiting room! As far as I can tell, the service is well done. I don't know of any way to tell the quality of an oil change though. My only other feedback would be to return to the light controls to how the vehicle comes in. I keep it on Auto for a reason, and would hate to drive without my headlights on because someone switched it at a service appt. PS, I was there for service, not used sales. Not sure why this is showing up that way. Pam was my concierge, she was very pleasant to work with. More

Service..very pleased, at last Do not normally grab a service managers card., but Juan Aviles was pleasantly exception. I wanted it noted. I was getting an oil change. But..... Salesmen told me no fix was available (buy a new car..... really). After reviewing previous attempts I had made, Juan noted new upgrades to clutch. He promptly arranged for a rental and had problem resolved in 24 hrs. Good Job! More

I let them know what I was looking for they had some amazing one owner certified pre-owned cars there to choose from honestly it was a tough decision but ended up with a 2017 Santa Fe which looks brand new. Obviously a well taken care of car which is what we all want to buy. Charlie worked diligently to get me a great interest rate. I'm sure that my credit scores were a challenge but that never deters them. I got an awesome rate through Wells Fargo Bank much less than I thought I would qualify for and I'm sure it has to do with his experience and relationship with the lenders. Paperwork was quick and easy the entire team really knows their stuff. Go there ask for Charlie and see for yourself! Thanks. More
