Slightly dissapointed.. Did not purchase, brought it in for service on my a/c. Explained to the rep Frank that was assisting my wife and myself when we pulled up. I explained what the situation was, that my a/c was blowing hot air intermittently. That was the MAIN reason for me bringing it in. He tells me it my be a couple hours to diagnose will call me, I said fine. A few hours go by, I'm told I had no refrigerant in the car and no leaks were found however I had some things they recommended I should get done and I decided while it's there might as well. About an hour and a half later after I already agreed to got other work done I receive another call telling me the compressor is bad it will run me another $600 to get it done on top of the work I agreed to because they told I had no leaks and no refrigerant. Meanwhile the whole reason it was brought in to begin with was because of the a/c....but I ended up getting other work done that was "recomended" on top of what the work I intended to get done. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.....3 STARS BECAUSE MY A/C IS BACK TO NORMAL More

Very nice but not sure everyone is on the same page. Staff is always friendly and the charges work seems to have been performed satisfactory. We purchased the car eight months ago with the first year service being free but they always seem to present a bill. Not sure if the computers systems don’t relay the correct information. We are going into 2020. They called my daughter and told her the alignment was out. Keep in mind the car is eight months old and she has not hit anything. I inspected the tires (no uneven wear). I drove the car on the back streets and highway and the car drives perfectly straight. Not saying they are wrong but they couldn’t produce a diagram or picture from an alignment machine to confirm. When the service was complete, the called me, not my daughter. That’s weird; call the little girl for service upgrades but the father saying the work is complete. Great car and friendly staff but I’m not sure I will get regular maintenance service there when I have to start paying. More

We first stopped at the new car facility and was helped by Nate Blackburn I believe. He was extremely helpful explaining about the warranties and rebates, etc. of the new cars. My husband had wanted to check out a used car he saw on the internet so we proceeded to the used car facility. Chris LaCroix helped us out and was extremely professional and did not pressure us in anyway. He helped us narrow our choice to 2 vehicles and was OK with us going home to make our decision. We came back the next morning at 8:30 and he proceeded to work with us to purchase our car. He also helped with the technology in the car which was a little overwhelming to us. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Chris LaCroix. More
