Fast, concise and correct Once again I was in and out faster than expected. Barry Roach , my service advisor took care of me and my new beautiful 2020 Palasade. The service was done cleanly and impeccably. Always with a smile no matter how busy they are. The waiting room was like sitting at home for a little while with comfort and great amenities and as always many sales happening with people going put with their new cars. I hope they realise how well they will be taken care of in the future now that they joined the Hyundai of New Port Richey family! Thank you once again Hyundai of New Port Richey! More

Shaun was very friendly, explained clearly the issue they found, options to repair and provided an accurate estimate. Shaun walked me out to the car once the repair was completed. There was no paper or plastic seat cover or greasy spots on the door handles either that is pretty common when going to a service center. I also received an email report that showed the status of various components checked during the service appointment. The report is very helpful and easy to understand. Overall a very good experience. Genuine and wholesome feel I just recently got into a pretty bad accident which ended in me totaling my car. But, upon meeting Chris, I got the most genuine and wholesome feeling! He made sure to get everything that was in important to me in the car (ie safety features) while also staying within my price range! I felt very taken care of by the whole dealership and would recommend it to anyone! More

different problems with my 2017 Genesis G80 I have been having different issues with my 2017 Genesis G80, some related to the installtion of the new radio. Sirius was charging me for 2 subscrip I have been having different issues with my 2017 Genesis G80, some related to the installtion of the new radio. Sirius was charging me for 2 subscriptions they never took the old radio off their computer. I have a continuous problem with the car pulling to the right, and not being able to use the hands off steering that came with the car. More
