Usually good in service department I took my car for an oil change and was offered free wipers on my Tuscon. I have 3 wipers as I have a hatchback. They only changed the front ones a I took my car for an oil change and was offered free wipers on my Tuscon. I have 3 wipers as I have a hatchback. They only changed the front ones and I didn't notice it until after I had already left and looked at my receipt. I had assumed they had changed ALL of the wipers not just the front ones. So I had to wait until the next weekend when I was able to return for them to put the new wiper on the rear. Approximately a month later the front wipers were smearing and not making contact with the window properly. Back to the dealership once again to make it right. I was told that the front wipers previously installed were "defective". So after making 3 trips to the dealership all my wipers are now working properly. More
