Brought my car into service with no appt. on Tuesday, Jan. 7th because the car wouldn't start. Explained what happened. Holly insisted that I bring the car to where a got a new battery in No on Tuesday, Jan. 7th because the car wouldn't start. Explained what happened. Finally she took the car in and did a diagnotic testing and fixed the latch on the driver side door and a batteries the key fobs. After $766. She said the battery is ok but I should still bring in to where I got it. She state that it shouldn't happen again. It was ok on Wed. 1/8, but today 1/9 it happened again. I left a message, she called back and again insisted I bring the car in to where I got the battery even though it tested good. Holly put me down on the loaner list, if she really did! Asked how long, said didnt' know maybe a week or two or a month. Seriously!!!!!! This was the 2nd time I went to the service dept. More
