Extremely unhelpful, very rude employees (Fred), tried to sell me a damaged used car, I was told I would have a 5 year loan, only to go into finance and find out it was 75 months. I was buying my first car, and what was supposed to be an exciting experience for me ended up being the complete opposite. It was a miserable experience.
