I was cheated out of $999. 000 after 5 hours of dealing. They added the extra money as a brokage fee. They refused to give it back or explain what it's for. Made appointment to see a specific model Santa Cruz on 3/23 . Upon arrival was told vehicle was not there due to the rain. Signals got crossed somewhere on their end. We are still interested in working with dealer but not at that higher price. Have previously purchased a Santa Fe and Tuscon from same dealership.
