I was cheated out of $999. 000 after 5 hours of dealing. They added the extra money as a brokage fee. They refused to give it back or explain what it's for. Made appointment to see a specific model Santa Cruz on 3/23 . Upon arrival was told vehicle was not there due to the rain. In negotiations with new salesman, was told we could get a price of $425/month if we could sign that day. Later sales manager came by and said price would be $499/month which we walked away from. Signals got crossed somewhere on their end. We are still interested in working with dealer but not at that higher price. Have previously purchased a Santa Fe and Tuscon from same dealership. Saleman and manager both very pleasant and we have always liked service here. More
