Quote price over phone and then being charged more when my daughter picked up car. Numerous attempts to call service and never receiving a return call or person never being available. Service department was great as always. Sales was disappointing. I brought my car in to have a flat fixed and the service department realized the registration on my car was for my previous Sales was disappointing. I brought my car in to have a flat fixed and the service department realized the registration on my car was for my previous vehicle that I turned in at this dealership when I leased my current vehicle. I called the sales department and left a message explaining they sent me the wrong registration and asking a manager to return my call. I never heard anything back from them. I guess now that the sale is done they are not interested in customer service anymore. However the service department was wonderful to deal with as always. More

My second maintenance visit to Hyundai 110 was absolutely pleasant and satisfying. Chris Marino (service advisor)pointed out what other parts needed attention during a 15,000 mi check which was appreciated pleasant and satisfying.
