Came in for tire rotation and brake flush. Horrible sound and vibration afterwards. Needed to come back the next day. They forgot to put the tire weights back on. Took the car in 3 weeks ago and was told everything with the multipoint inspection was fine. My low washer fluid light just went on and it took the entire bottle of fluid. When I was contacted to set the appointment. .. the 'conversation & texts' led me to believe that we'd be meeting with Mr. Daitchman(?) at 2:30. When we got to reception we were informed that he only sets appointments (Mmmm). And no one was awaiting our arrival. I told the receptionist that I'd alot 10 minutes to set us up with a salesperson. Which she did. Mario was fine and the rest of the session was good. But during our time with Mario I was texted and 'asked' with whom we were meeting. That's nuts! My daughter is in the process of reviewing the information. Her current Tucson comes off lease in August. More
