I brought my 2019 Hyundai Kona in for oil consumption, they replace a valve cover gasket and a PCV vale plus an oil change and told me to come back in 1000 miles. The approximate quart was in standards an they replace a valve cover gasket and a PCV vale plus an oil change and told me to come back in 1000 miles. The approximate quart was in standards and they sent me home . At the 3005 mile mark from that I’ll change , my car stalled on the highway because it was three quarts low. Good thing I was in traffic , it could have been bad. I brought the car back and the misinformed manager accused me of tampering with the consumption test. The moral of this story is the oil consumption test and the parts did not fix my car .now I am told that there is nothing that they can do for me.if that car stalled out at a high speed , it could have been a bad day for me .
