Apple CarPlay was installed in our 2016 Mazda 3 about 4 weeks ago. The system failed and was then determined that the infotainment screen was faulty and needed to be replaced. Mazda HB was not able to fix weeks ago. The system failed and was then determined that the infotainment screen was faulty and needed to be replaced. Mazda HB was not able to fix the defective item because the warranty lapsed! But we were directed to the people who will be able to fix it! David (service advisor) and Manny (service manager) were super- helpful and professional during this process. Thanks Huntington Beach Mazda! More

Very smooth transaction, nothing was pressured, nothing felt forced, I didn't feel rushed. I went to browning, culver city, south bay, and I couldn't decide for about a month with the crazy mark up, and de felt forced, I didn't feel rushed. I decided to run my credit application on the mazdausa site, built something and was suggested one similar already at Huntington Beach Mazda, so I clicked on the car, the page took me to the dealers inventory and I loved that their website said never pay above msrp, basically NO MARK UP, NO ADD-ONS. I couldn't talk on the phone, and Veronica was very kind to text me and answer all my questions. She had someone pick me up, Gregg was also very kind, overall great experience. Finance was smooth, ABC no pressure, no rush. I will definitely be coming here for the rest of my Mazda needs, a drive but totally satisfied. Very grateful for the attention and smooth deal. More
