EDIT: changed 1 star to 3 stars after speaking to the manager and having some of the charges for the service refunded to me. I won't be back but at least the manager Luis will do whatever he can to make manager and having some of the charges for the service refunded to me. I won't be back but at least the manager Luis will do whatever he can to make something right, even if the service writers won't. Don't go here for service if you have a choice. I had my windshield replaced here recently and it was nothing but problems. I had to take my car back to the shop 3 times to fix things they broke. When I originally picked up my car the battery was dead on their lot (it previously had a healthy battery, according to the inspection they had just finished performing). I drove around to charge up the battery before heading home and pieces of my car's trim started falling off on the road. After getting these repaired I noticed they just didn't connect a whole wiring harness for my mirror/dash cam so I took it back to have it reattached. When I got home I realized my mirror and dash cam weren't working properly, and after looking at it more closely I saw they had cut some wires and reattached them in the wrong place. While they were up there they also uninstalled my map light cover and lost it, so I had to go back for a replacement for that too. Their service writer was rude and tried to blame me for all the issues, claiming I didn't inspect the car carefully enough before driving away. He then claimed that they knew there were issues with the installation, but they tried to hide them from me until I realized something wasn't right. They offered me a free detail for my troubles but I don't trust them with my car anymore. They should have just paid attention to detail in the first place. More

I'm most concerned about service prices and Huntington Beach location was still affordable even in this inflation ridden economy we're in. The Cerritos location is a joke with what they charge and I rathe Beach location was still affordable even in this inflation ridden economy we're in.
