PHM makes deals to keep you as a customer happy and - jagu2d

PHM makes deals to keep you as a customer happy and returning. I am one of those customers that keeps coming back. I wanted to upgrade to a new CX-70 and I went in with the expectation that we would not be able to make a deal. They went out of their way to make it happen. I got to say thank you to Steven for crunching the numbers, to Sean for the willingness to find the right fit, to Ernesto in finance, and most of all to Alvin Pizano for his great deal of patience, knowledge of the brand and for going the extra mile for everything to fall into place. I love my new CX-70! It has the perfect color combination and all the amenities I like. Check out PHM and definitely ask for Alvin, he is professional, respectful and knows what he is selling. Thank you All!

I worked with Jim Feinstein. - Frankairburn

I worked with Jim Feinstein. He met me exactly what time he said he would. He went over. The car perfectly helped me out answered every single question and then I dealt with Chase in finance. Everything was perfect. Went super smooth. You cannot ask for a better transition 10 out of 10 in my book

Extremely poor experience at Huntington Beach Mazda in - SSinHB

Extremely poor experience at Huntington Beach Mazda in regards to finalizing pricing terms on a new CX-50 that I had serious interest in purchasing. While the sales team of Eric, Vu, and George were amazing to work with on test drives, etc., the sales/floor manager, the finance manager, the dealer ownership and ultimately Mazda Corporate were deceitfully on pricing terms, lied to me and then showed zero serious interest in making it right to close a deal. I strongly recommend all car buying consumers to avoid this Mazda Patterson dealership and the Mazda brand in general and consider purchasing a Honda or Toyota in the same car class that interests you.

Ulysses Gaytan was the worst service advisor Ive ever - Ichichung10

Ulysses Gaytan was the worst service advisor Ive ever been served with. On Dec, 12, 2025 I went to this dealership for 5k maintenance service. And paid $1600 for the whole repairment. 2 weeks later, the check engine light was on, so I ad to drive back this past Monday. Ulysses does nothing but only taking photos of the vehicle, and didn't even estimate how much will it cost for theservice, instead keep saying it won't be charge so far. Once the vehicle was ready he said that he will have to charge us for the gas cap loosen, originally $225, but he discounted to $150. I asked why. He said it's not someting they did while the repairment, but it's we did something that caused the light on. Until I asked him to get me the supervisor for a better clarification then he discharged the service. I hope the dealer take serious action and look into this occasion deeper, due to his serving attitude was completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
