David was great. I had a leak and another Mazda dealership service center inspected the vehicle and gave me a service quote of what had to be repaired, however it di I had a leak and another Mazda dealership service center inspected the vehicle and gave me a service quote of what had to be repaired, however it didn’t look right to me and was a very expensive job. I called HB Mazda and spoke to David to get a second opinion. I brought it in for an inspection/diagnosis. One of the items the other service center said needed to be replaced (which made up most of their quote) the HB Mazda tech determined it wasn’t necessary and that only a few other things had to be replaced which ended up resolving the issue. David was on top of it and kept me regularly informed of updates. David is a great service advisor and in the end my issue was fully repaired and the repair cost was significantly less than the other dealership’s quote (given only the necessary items were repaired/replaced). Although HB Mazda isn’t as close to me as the other location, I will not hesitate to drive those extra miles to do all future services there. Thank you David for being such a great and honest service advisor! More

At checkout, my advisor reviews every item with me and answers my questions in a friendly way. The lounge is a comfortable area to read in while I wait. More
