The sales process with Veronica Paco was very easy. I found the car online and she reached out to me right away once I submitted a request for more info. We communicated primarily via text/phone and she answered all my questions I had about leasing a new car. The dealership was great that they didn't add a markup to the car's MSRP, despite the current car market (which is not what I was seeing at other car dealerships including other Mazdas in the area). Financing with Safue Alaima was super simple. Greg Underwood was extremely knowledgable about the car. He took 30-minutes to show me all of the features on the car in great depth and set up the app for me. This was super helpful as I never would've taken the time to figure out some of these features on my own. Overall the car-buying process was very straightforward with no gimmicks. I've since gone back to have my license plates installed and received a free car wash. The customer service at Huntington Beach Mazda is unparalleled. I've already told my friends and family what a great experience it has been buying a car from them! More
