Found a car online that brought me to Huntington Beach Mazda and I'm glad it did. Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Ended up not being there too long and because it was Saturday, they gave us lunch. I had been to another dealership in LA County and wasn't happy with their hard sell tactics and dishonesty about the going interest rates. From the first contact, George was low key and friendly, no pressure and just interested in helping me get the car I wanted. Once we had that squared away, he helped with the finance end, securing a decent price for my trade, which helped keep my payments where I wanted them to be. Even though I ended up at the dealership past closing, he still took his time explaining the details of the car to me and then took the all important new car pictures to show off to everyone. He even ensured I received them the next day. This little touch of customer service goes a long way to make people happy! I not only love my new CX-5, but I found a new dealership for all of my car service needs! Thank you George! And love your Christmas in July Santa shirt! :) More

AMAZING, friendly, and beautiful. We had the BEST experience buying our new CX-5 at HB Mazda. We were lucky enough to deal with Robert Chong (salesman) who took really good care of us. We looked at lots of cars and met lots of salesman, none were as nice or helpful as he was. We also weren't looking to get the car the first day we went to the lot and he was very respectful of that. He said he would call us back in a week and check back in. He did, then we let him know our update, again very respectful of our timeline for buying a car. The day we came in to buy the car he was over joyed to be helping us get into a new car that we loved. I would recommend that everyone work with him when buying their new car! I also, recommend everyone to this Mazda dealership. All of the staff are so nice (JT Tanner in finance also very helpful) and the dealership itself is so nice!! Recently remodeled! More

Dishonest and unprofessional I bought a certified car by mazda. I assumed I wouldn't have any problems with the car at least for a while. 4 months after I can not rotate the tires I bought a certified car by mazda. I assumed I wouldn't have any problems with the car at least for a while. 4 months after I can not rotate the tires because they are bad. When I told them about the problem they said was too late. They didnt offer any help, they told me straight I wasn't getting any compensation when I didn't even ask. They new the problem very well. I guess I am one of the unlucky ones that get abused by poor dealers like this one. I work hard to earn my money, I don't make money screwing others. What goes around comes around. More
