Customer Service and Honest Sales! I purchased my new CX-5 on July 10, 2017. My experience with purchasing at HB Mazda was THE BEST EVER!!! I came with a quote for a 2017 CX-5 and dea I purchased my new CX-5 on July 10, 2017. My experience with purchasing at HB Mazda was THE BEST EVER!!! I came with a quote for a 2017 CX-5 and dealt with the internet manager, Dana Ward to complete the transaction. There was absolutely no drama, bait & switch or pressure sales tactics... everything was done on my terms and on my timeline. It was simple and pleasant... Then I went to the finance department to deal with Augustin Borrego. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with as he explained the additional items that he was trained to offer... he gave me his personal opinion but was never pushy. In the end, I declined most of the extras, but opted for a "Karr Guard" protection that offered paintless dent coverage, windshield ding coverage and unlimited key fob replacement... little did I know that 12 days after purchase, I would need to use this protection policy... I came in to have the dent reviewed and Auggie rubbed out the scuffs to make sure that the paint was intact. Fortunately, it did qualify for the Karr Guard service!!! Whew!!! I came in the following week and had the service done. Now, the dent is virtually undetectable... and it was 100% covered by that extra add on that Auggie assured me would come in very handy and will pay for itself just in key replacement alone whenever I need it... Karr Guard has MORE than paid for itself just in this one incident! Thank you Auggie for guiding me to the right decision for me! Aside, from that, every time I come into their store, I'm treated like a new customer. The place is designed to be very comfortable if you need to wait for your service to be completed! They even provide a work area with free WiFi... which is great for someone like me who works remotely. Their mantra is ultimate quality customer service... from the cold water bottles, freshly popped popcorn and family-oriented atmosphere... HB Mazda gets my A+++ rating and recommendation for anyone looking to purchase and service their Mazda! Thank you so much Dana... and most of all, Thank you, Thank you Thank you Auggie!
