We have been shopping around for SUVs. We were looking for a sleek look, modern technology and an affordable price. We found a pre-owned certified 2020 Mazda CX-5 within our budget. We were actually looki for a sleek look, modern technology and an affordable price. We found a pre-owned certified 2020 Mazda CX-5 within our budget. We were actually looking for 2017 SUVs but were shocked to find a 2020 within our budget. We came in and met with Ed. He was super friendly and helpful. He went over the features with us and was never pushy. He gave us plenty of time to think it over and discuss it amongst ourselves. This deal was a steal. We decided to purchase it. Steve helped us with the finance part and Greg was so helpful to review the car features one last time. Ed, again, was so awesome. He made sure we got a classic photo with the bow. We had such a wonderful experience with Joe Rosales purchasing our 2017 Mazda 6 three years ago, that when we were ready for a second car, we did not hesitate making the trip from La Puente to Huntington Beach for 2nd new car! I made sure Joe Rosales was working on the day we were coming as we really enjoyed working with him. Boy, did he not disapoint us! Joe was able to get us the best deal possible on a NEW 2020 Mazda CX-9 TOP OF THE LINE and we could not be any happier. The car is gorgeous inside and out and we fell in love immediately! Joe Rosales always takes care of us and is very honest about all the fine print and details. He made our purchase such an easy process, and when our car was freshly washed and ready for us, we had the pleasure of meeting Greg Underwood who explained so thoroughly about all the details of the car. He was so helpful and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed at all even thought it was so close to closing time when we purchased the car. He even hooked up all of our phones with the bluetooth feature and made sure we were comfortable before we drove off. If I could give Joe Rosales and Greg Underwood more than a 5 star rating, I would because their Customer Service was seriously top notch. A huge thank you to Joe for making our 2nd car purchase a breeze and thank you to Greg for your patience in showing us all the new car features. We love our Mazdas! More
