First and foremost, I got a great deal on a beautiful 2018 CX5. I just love it and wish I had bought it sooner. They gave me a nice deal on my trade-in, even though it was an older car with fairly high mileage. The whole process went pretty fast. I talked to Joe over the phone a few times, and he told me about the Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, how the warranty worked, and answered some of my miscellaneous questions. He also let me know when a few 2018s had come in with the criteria I was looking for. I went in that weekend, and worked with Manny since Joe was out of town. I took two different cars out for a test drive and asked a bunch of questions. Manny answered them all like a champ. I picked the one I liked, and then went through the sales process. They gave me a great rate on the financing (and even the financing process was fast), washed the car for me, and off I went! Both Joe and Manny are super cool guys and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I loved working with them throughout the process. I will definitely come back here next time I need another car! Had a great service visit at HB Mazda today. Chris, the service writer was great. He honored my 2nd free oil change that I wasn’t able to complete before my one year anniversary due to my low mileage relat service writer was great.
