Veronica worked with us through the whole process. We purchased from out of state, which almost became a problem, but the owner helped us out and we were able to pick up our Mazda and drive it home the s purchased from out of state, which almost became a problem, but the owner helped us out and we were able to pick up our Mazda and drive it home the same day. I got my first service done on my CX-5 and I was really impressed with the service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM when they open and (unlike previous dealership experiences with past cars) they got me impressed with the service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM when they open and (unlike previous dealership experiences with past cars) they got me started right on time. They gave a realistic estimate on the time it would take and they finished about 10 minutes earlier than I was expecting. The lounge area was clean and comfortable and their coffee maker makes espresso drinks which is great. Fredy was the the one that helped me and he was warm, friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I usually don't enjoy going to dealerships for car service, but this was actually a pleasant time. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own. Since the moment I arrived to the dealer, Caleb greeted me and thoroughly gave me a run down of the Mazda CX-5. The overall friendly staff never made me feel pressured into any decisions during my time there. From test driving the car to signing the paperwork I was out in less than 3 hours.
