Very satisfied with the service I received by Mr. Fredy Campos at HB Mazda today on my Mazda 3 vehicle. I needed an oil change and shared my concerns regarding the entertainment dashboard changing music Campos at HB Mazda today on my Mazda 3 vehicle. I needed an oil change and shared my concerns regarding the entertainment dashboard changing music selections on its own and stopping and playing music at will. Fredy informed he would have it looked into to see if an update was possibly needed. I was happy to see that HB Mazda service dept now takes pictures of the vehicle before taking them in for service and I received a small video from the service technician regarding the update to the entertainment dashboard. The waiting area was clean, welcoming and complimentary coffee is available. I received a message stating if I have any questions or concerns regarding my vehicle to please contact Mr. Fredy who is available 24/7. Although prices are expensive for me I don’t mind visiting HB Mazda for service on my vehicle because it’s individuals like Fredy Campos who I can rely on to provide optimal, efficient and comprehensive services every time. HB Mazda has redeemed themselves with my wife and me. We had a terrible experience with their sales people a couple of years ago. Long story short, Sheriff and Joe B. handled our experience this time around had a terrible experience with their sales people a couple of years ago. Long story short, Sheriff and Joe B. handled our experience this time around and they really showed us that they wanted to keep us as customers. We had such a good experience and we both drove off with cars we actually wanted. As with most dealerships, the salesman can make the difference between a great experience or poor.
