The lady that checked me in was nice however she told me when my car was finished she would come and let me know. I’ve been to this dealership before and this is what’s always done. After waiting nearly 3 h when my car was finished she would come and let me know. I’ve been to this dealership before and this is what’s always done. After waiting nearly 3 hours I got a text stating my car was ready for pickup. I sat there waiting for a half hour for her to come and get me because that is the protocol. After 30 minutes of waiting I got up and went to the front desk and asked if my car is ready and they told me yes. This was truly displeasing after already waiting for such a long time for my car to be finished. More

I brought my car in for the recall fix and for car play diagnostic. My car play still does not work. I tried calling to speak with someone about my concern since I paid for the service was kept being direc diagnostic. My car play still does not work. It has been 3 days and nobody has given me a call back nor was anyone else helpful. Unfortunately I am disappointed. I am grateful my recall was fixed I would give that the full 5 so far it’s okay. But disappointed in the customer service unfortunately. I know this wasn’t Kevin’s fault so I don’t want to penalize anybody I just would like some support or a solution since I paid for the repair. I was priced an amount to make a new car key and was overcharged never going back there again. They claimed the price went up on January 1 2025. Our experience with bringing my Honda in for a fuel pump recall was pretty painless. They did a great job & Mark communicated with me the entire time when I had questions about smelling gas.
