Worst experience I ever had at a dealership. Firstly, they did not rotate my tires, but still charged me for the tire rotation service. Next, I was charged a diagnostic fee of $175 for them to r Firstly, they did not rotate my tires, but still charged me for the tire rotation service. Next, I was charged a diagnostic fee of $175 for them to run their hand over my open window track to say the cause for my window not going up was because something sticky is on the track and charged over $400 to replace the track. They were able to do this $175 diagnostic that they determined required a new track by not even opening the door panel to take a look at the actual track! Finally, they claimed that I had air leaking from my rear tire from a nail that was in the tire. Their recommendation was to change the tire for another $450. I declined, of course, to find that there was no leak and the nail was less than 1/4" long and did not even penetrate the tire! What a waste of money and time. Never going back to this place ever again. More
Great service! Willie and Marcel were great! my odyssey had a dead battery and Willie approved my car to get checked even though they were full for the day. Had an appointment for 7:15am and got there on time. .. I was told the diagnostic takes 1 hour. At 3:30pm I hadn't heard a peep from them. When I called I got out on hold for 20 minutes, got disconnected .. I was told the diagnostic takes 1 hour. At 3:30pm I hadn't heard a peep from them. When I called I got out on hold for 20 minutes, got disconnected, and then got a voicemail and then called back again... finally got the rep and he told me my car is hooked up right now. So I said "they weren't doing anything this whole time?" They had my car for 9 hours now. The office closes in less than 2 hours... what's going on in these Honda service centers man? I'm convinced they clock in and go to lunch. The rep I dealt with was nice, but still it was A LOT OF TIME WASTED. I paid them $190 for the inconvenience of having my car for 9 hours for a service that should've taken 1 hour... but really took 20 minutes. where's the value? More

The customer service was great but, I have a back hatch that won't open and now my passenger back door will not open was told that it would cost $175 to see what the problem was without repair. As a courtesy it would have been nice if they at least opened the door and hatch for me and than told me what the cost of the repair would be - SO, the hatch is useless, and the side door. Your product is not a good one there always seems to be a problem with the door and the doors are not abused in anyway. Troubling!!! to say the least More
