Will was nice and patient with me. Carol on the other Will was nice and patient with me. Carol on the other hand was rude and not explaining a thing to me. She was also very unprofessional and made my 11 year old feel bad about herself for not speaking Spanish. I would not return to this dealer again after being with Honda for 9 years so far. More
