I Would have given a grade of zero if I could. Ever since I brought my car in, my key and one of my blinker lights stopped working. Also, I was called in for a recall and was told that I should do an alignme I brought my car in, my key and one of my blinker lights stopped working. Also, I was called in for a recall and was told that I should do an alignment on all the wheels, this was done on a Wednesday. The key and light stopped working the day after. I went back on the Saturday only to find out that I needed to do another alignment. I was upset so I asked to speak with the manager who assisted. I was never given a new alignment test so I am not even sure if the wheels were aligned properly. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO HONDA I WOULD RATHER GO TO A REGULAR MECHANIC. POOR SERVICE THAT COST ME MORE MONEY THAN I HAD BUDGETED FOR. More

Clara Torres assisted me with my Honda civic 2015. She made sure she updated me throughout the entire process and she also assisted me with the total cost of my inspection ! Not to mention the windshield made sure she updated me throughout the entire process and she also assisted me with the total cost of my inspection !
