Very efficient and friendly staff. My 2nd service B1 for my 2020 Accord required only oil change. Service manager request to have the tire rotation done as well. When I got the car service done, the technic my 2020 Accord required only oil change. Service manager request to have the tire rotation done as well. When I got the car service done, the technician checked the tire and recommended no rotation required and I didn’t have to pay for it. In addition my wiper fluid and antifreeze was added without charge. Extremely happy with their extra special touch. They are extremely honest with their clients and small things makes clients loyal with them. I will give them 5 star rating for their overall service and I am totally satisfied. More

Always a great experience with Honda very professional and courteous. Customer service was very nice and accommodating. The only thing was when we picked up the car and started to dr e away the oil chang and courteous. Customer service was very nice and accommodating. Awful experience. My car has been there 4 days already an no repairs have even been started. I was promised a loaner car "as soon as one was available". THIS WAS FRIDAY and it is Tuesday now. REALLY? Then no repairs have even been started. I was promised a loaner car "as soon as one was available". THIS WAS FRIDAY and it is Tuesday now. REALLY? Then the pricing...goodness. The quote for my repairs are over $2K! I called my local repair shop and they would have charged MUCH less but now this place takes $150 from every item I listed even if they don't do the repair (my local shop doesn't charge for diagnostics). NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. More
