We received a letter regarding an issue we are having with the entertainment system wiring in our 2020 Pilot. We made an appointment and brought the car in. They had it for 4 hours and then called to say with the entertainment system wiring in our 2020 Pilot. We made an appointment and brought the car in. They had it for 4 hours and then called to say they couldn’t fix it because they don’t have the part. It was a known issue so they should have checked to make sure they had the part before we came in. Then when we called to see if the part came in, we were told to leave a message with the parts department to find out what part we need. Someone should look up our account and find out for us. More
