I waited 3 -4 hours for my oil change. I booked my appt 1 week in advance. This is unacceptable. Never again will I go to this location. I always take my car to this dealer for service. This time I noticed that the Honda Multi-point Vehicle Inspection Checklist indicates that the battery needs "replace". I stated to service rep that This time I noticed that the Honda Multi-point Vehicle Inspection Checklist indicates that the battery needs "replace". I stated to service rep that I had the battery replaced about 3 yrs ago at this dealer and he agreed but said it is not under warranty. I asked how could that be since this is the second battery and the car is a 2016 Accord with less than 50,000 miles? I will follow up with the Service Manger but a part from this incident, they have been great. More
