My problem was easily fixed in 5 minutes, but the technicians spent over 4 hours to find out if there was something more technical wrong than the fact I had accidentally pushed the headlight / direct technicians spent over 4 hours to find out if there was something more technical wrong than the fact I had accidentally pushed the headlight / directional signal lever back which made the high beams turn on every night when I drove after twilight. I was not aware that there were two positions for that lever. .Once they noticed the lever was not in the normal position when they first began, they really should have told me to go home and drive it after twilight to see if the problem was gone after they put the lever in the normal position More

I liked the fact that when I went to buy the car there was no pressure I didn’t feel hounded which happens in most dealerships. Juan what is my sales person he was very professional and so easy to deal wi was no pressure I didn’t feel hounded which happens in most dealerships. I like that the car was cleaned really well and one of the associates sat in the car with me and explained how to use all the gadgets in the dashboard. I will definitely recommend this dealership versus any of the other Honda dealerships in Long Island. More
