Agent was told that the last agent did not include the car had had a tire rotation. Agent acted as if she couldn’t do anything to support this issue. After having the car checked out for a different issue, on the way home I noticed that the right rear brake light assembly was not working properly. I returned the car to Honda to check out the brake light on the way home I noticed that the right rear brake light assembly was not working properly. I returned the car to Honda to check out the brake light assembly. It turns out there was a hairline crack in the lens that permitted moisture to enter thus shorting out part of the assembly. As I had previously leased or purchased four or five vehicles at this dealer and I purchased the car about 6 months ago as a certified vehicle from another dealer, I requested that the repair be made at your cost with no charge for labor. Ms Torres spoke to the service manager and got back to me to inform me that they will take 5% off of the MSRP of the item and will also charge me for 1 hour of labor. The labor should take not more than 5 minutes as all it involves is removing two screws, removing the unit and replacing it with a new one. I found the response of the service manager to be offensive and totally lacking in Goodwill. Accordingly, I doubt I will purchase another vehicle from your dealership. More
