While the people are friendly and helpful, the dealership and Honda in general are not. Had a repeat engine failure after having a full repair at this dealership after about 30k miles. This is a decent local dealership that serves a large community area of over 100,000 people. As so, they are usually extremely busy. My intuition says that they do try their best regarding the service department, but probably get worn down dealing with the public over time. As a result, sometimes service is mediocre. For an example, have had issues with using their shuttle service on more than one occasion; either very immature teen driver or being promised a pick up time only to find out the shuttle has not left more than an hour later. More professionalism and more honest communication would have been appreciated. Other times I have gone in for a simple oil change, only to find people who have checked and much later than myself, getting their car back before I did. I realize this happens at other dealerships too, but sometimes I wonder, as it has happened more than once. Finally, my wife and I are in the market for a new Honda Pilot. The dealer addendum stickers to each of the vehicles are ridiculous - over 2,000 of extra add-ons. Yes, high demand - low supply equal market adjustments, but I would like to think that there are some Honda dealerships that are not doing this still, or at least the add-ons are much less. Overall, I would rate this as a 3 out of 5 dealership. Typical stereotypical dealership - not bad, but not great either. More
