The customer service I was giving was a horrible experience this employee tried to charge me 380 since I walked in there because the was an error message on my panel 2020 Honda Cr-V bought used with experience this employee tried to charge me 380 since I walked in there because the was an error message on my panel 2020 Honda Cr-V bought used with warranty plus an extra coverage and I kept on telling him and he just said well I’ll look into this. Finally, he comes and tells me is 380 because we had a brake oil change plus the inspection about the message on the panel because supposedly it wasn’t cover under any warranty. I refused to pay that amount because knew it did is my second Honda the previous one is from Libertyville and I have not had any problems with their service or Gurnee. Very disappointed!! More
I had a problem with the transmission and they wanted $181.00 to diagnose while under warranty. We discussed and disagreed. Joe “invited” me to leave. I said I would pay this charge. Service counter staff person was quick to greet me and expressed genuine desire to inform me about what was going to happen. I was accompanied by my wife and had a second car so we went grocery shopping expressed genuine desire to inform me about what was going to happen.
