They had me pay $1000 for a part they didn’t have and had no idea when they would get it. They were very non- chalant about the part and we had to badger the dealership about the part order. More

it was a disaster, service person didn’t have a clue as to what he was talking about, I wanted my Honda wiper inserts changed, he told me they were not Honda blades, they are! More
