Mis diagnosed my vehicles issue, tried saying my issue was related to my transmission which obviously is very expensive, but it really was related to my exhaust being clogged, i verified this issue by tak was related to my transmission which obviously is very expensive, but it really was related to my exhaust being clogged, i verified this issue by taking it to a private owned shop and the confirmed it had nothing to do with my transmission and everything to do with my exhaust, replaced my exhaust components and my car runs great again. My issue went from over 5,000 dollar fix to a 300 fix i always knew about dealer ship tricks since i used to work at one but i tried having some hope, i guess thats not the way to go about these things, if i where say a grandma who didnt know any better, id be out over 5 thousands of dollars but only because i have mild mechanical experience i could see the smoke they where blowing in my ear. And i rated kevin my SA 1 star because he gave me little to no explanation on why i needed a transmission or how they came to that solution, he kept having to go back and ask. Its sad that many dealership service dept rely on sly tactics for theyre own good, you can tell they get paid by the job and not the hour More

Had gotten an oil change like i do every few months, and got told my heat shield was falling off but only because Honda was the one at fault. Dealership and service writer recommended numerous unnecessary repairs. Many of the recommended repairs had previously already been performed on the vehicle. One key item of note. It was observed that the vehicle was making an unknown dinging noise. When given the estimate there was a $350 fee recommended for diagnosing the issue. I declined that service and when I picked up the vehicle verified that this unknown dinging noise was a door alarm. I opened and properly closed the door. It was no longer there. Total almost $9000 in maintenance and repairs were recommended. In reality the vehicle only required approximately $1500 in necessary repairs to get it running and driving properly and safely again. I would assume that anyone without knowledge of vehicle maintenance or repairs regularly gets ripped off by this place.. More
