Someone has yet to follow up with me to do the undercoating work. Having checked with another dealer it looks like the coating has already been applied. Donald wasn't interested in negotiating, had to send moosa over to do so. I declined all warrantys on my new car Donald did not communicate that to the financial manager who was very pleasant by the way moosa over to do so. So I had to file a cancelation form for the warranty car buying was pretty painless overall. Didn't really like that they made me put down a non refundable 2000 dollar down payment on a car they didn't know when would arrive. More
