Replaced brakes about 8 months ago. Informed service rep that there was noise when applying brakes and was told this was "normal". Asked for estimate for new rotors and was kept on hold by Parts Department. Gave up and hung up. Experienced similar problems with front whhel that was under warranty. Had to take my car in 3 or 4 times before the problem was fixed. The service manager is very friendly and tries really hard, but one is left with the impression that he is unable to manage his team and maintain the quality of work and custormer service that is fitting for Honda. Why: Because the quality of work and customer service is poor and others should know. More

My car broke down 40 miles from home. I was immersed in a "year end closing", and didn't have time for this manner of trouble.
