Prior to my visit, I received confirmation that my tires would be replaced. However, when I arrived, I was informed that this was not authorized and was unexpectedly presented with an $800 charge. I attempted to discuss the matter with Service Managers Raul Escamilla and Oscar Villegas, but my concerns were not addressed adequately. Unfortunately, I felt that customer support was lacking in this instance. I recommend caution when considering services at this location, as I do not plan to return due to concerns about trustworthiness. I'm sharing my utterly terrible experience with Honda of Downtown Los Angeles so others don't fall into the same trap. My "certified" 2022 Honda Pilot AWD came with a defective door lock that was clearly Downtown Los Angeles so others don't fall into the same trap. My "certified" 2022 Honda Pilot AWD came with a defective door lock that was clearly not inspected. When I returned, they argued the car wasn't like that and refused to provide pictures! This is for a supposedly "certified" vehicle. They eventually exchanged it, but the second Pilot they gave me also had multiple defects: a broken part in the back, a damaged window cover, and a sun visor that wouldn't stay up. The quality control is nonexistent. To top it all off, with an excellent credit score of 797, I was charged a shocking 7.28% APR on my loan. Their own agent admitted this was "very high and unacceptable" for my credit. Their website boasts low rates, but my experience was a complete bait-and-switch. This dealership engaged in deceptive practices, sold me two flawed vehicles, and then hit me with an unfair interest rate. My trust is completely broken. Me and my partners experience with this dealership was very shady, The sales people in this office are not on the same page when they're providing information to their customers when purchasing a vehicle very shady, The sales people in this office are not on the same page when they're providing information to their customers when purchasing a vehicle or after purchase of a vehicle. The way the cells representatives conduct business is very misleading, dishonest, and finicky. From our experience, when first purchase the car the car was beautiful it ran amazing, however, within less than a year the car was paid off and apparently finding out the battery was not under my partners name far as the warranty. Please if anyone else goes to this dealership to purchase a car, tell these sales representatives to fully elaborate on what is covered under the warranty when you first purchase the car and after you purchase the car. Tell them to elaborate before you sign that contract because my partner and I upheld our in far as giving them the full amount for the purchase of the car however Honda did not uphold theirs which to me because you're playing with my livelihood says a lot. All of you in that sales department are crooks from all management to all salesman to all auto services etc. My partner I really dislike how they conducted the business and receive the money but let them tell it it's just business.
