I made an appointment at 3pm and had to wait in my car until 3:40pm at the service station to even see a service technician to check me in. I was done after 5pm. You shouldn’t take that many service custo until 3:40pm at the service station to even see a service technician to check me in. I was done after 5pm. You shouldn’t take that many service customers if you don’t have the capacity. Quantity over quality is not a good experience for a customer. This review has nothing to do with your staff who assisted me. They were courteous and professional but also overwhelmed and overworked. The lady who helped me was great but I spent too much time waiting. More
