The customer service is really great at Honda DTLA!! It’s so important to me that a service provider stand behind their work. I had instance where a service provider didn’t stand behind his work, and It’s so important to me that a service provider stand behind their work. I had instance where a service provider didn’t stand behind his work, and I will never go back to them again or refer them to anyone. I had an issue with my car after being serviced two months ago. Worst experience at a dealership ive ever had. Couldn’t get anyone to call us or even talk to me about my cars status during the day, so I eventually just picked up my car. Then I waited 45 minutes for the get anyone to call us or even talk to me about my cars status during the day, so I eventually just picked up my car. Then I waited 45 minutes for them to bring me my car. On top of that, 30 minutes after leaving the dealership my tire pressure light came on. I’m never going back here. More
