Salesman,Luis, was amazing he was great and helpful and not pushy the entire time I dealt with him. Managers were good as well and were a pleasure. Issues started after delivery. Tpms light came on within not pushy the entire time I dealt with him. Managers were good as well and were a pleasure. Issues started after delivery. Tpms light came on within 1 mile of leaving the dealership. Car was dirty on the inside with trash and spilled liquids, we were told the car was being detailed. The car was not filled with gas. Found out the oil was either not changed or the oil reset was not done, only 20% oil life left. Ive never had to worry about these things before when I bought a car from a dealer. More

I took my honda for a diagnostic check due to a frequent screeching noise. I had a previous maintenance service done to the car in May. Fast fwd August I was made aware that my brakes needed to be replaced screeching noise. I had a previous maintenance service done to the car in May. Fast fwd August I was made aware that my brakes needed to be replaced because they rated at a 2 causing metal to metal rubbing on the rotor. I was disappointed in the service previously done in May as it indicated my brake level to be a 6 and in no way was that accurate of the brake level. There was negligence in the servicing of my car that was done in May but service representative Mark Mejia shared my concerns, he even took my car personally to check and repair the car since he himself was a service technician. He also notified his supervisor/ manager (name unk), and they were clear about the discrepancies shown in my previous visit and were themselves disappointed in the inaccuracies of the service report. I was very satisfied with the promptness in their response in correcting this mistake and completed the repairs on the same day with no cost to me. Excellent customer service. More
