Even though I live in Pasadena, I have been servicing my car at Honda DTLA for over 10 years. I have had consistently good customer service experiences. This is the first time I had Luis Fernandez as a Se car at Honda DTLA for over 10 years. I have had consistently good customer service experiences. This is the first time I had Luis Fernandez as a Service Advisor. Outstanding! He is professional in his deportment. Listens well. Explains things clearly and thoroughly. Good with follow-up. Trustworthy. I recommend you ask for him when next servicing your car. More

Unfortunately I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I go because it's the closest to my house and it was last minute. Never my first choice. Service advisor lack experience and/or knowledge of t place. I go because it's the closest to my house and it was last minute. Never my first choice. Service advisor lack experience and/or knowledge of the car itself. Not only did they take longer than expected, they broke a part in my car that the advisor had no clue what it was. I had to come back and get it fixed. A few days later my entire dashboard lid up. I called the dealership and they told me that service advisor that had helped me was busy and would get back me...NEVER DID. Lucky I fixed the problem through the help of an advisor from a different dealership More
