Broken windshield I had an incident and ended up with a broken windshield. My wife called Honda Morristown and talked withe Josh in the parts Depr. He asked to call bac I had an incident and ended up with a broken windshield. My wife called Honda Morristown and talked withe Josh in the parts Depr. He asked to call back so he could check availability of the item. He called back in about 5 to 10 minutes and had located to item and could schedule me an appointment the next day at 11:00. He was very helpful and courteous. I got to the Dealership at 10:55 and Daryl Setsor who has taken care of me before. It's been a while but he immediatly recognized me. After we talked a couple of minutes the young from the installer was there to pick up the car. It takes a while to get the windshield installed so. I was in the waiting room for a while. The young lady at at the desk across the hall from me (Shirley Santos) checked on me several times she even gave me a hat. She was very nice. Everybody I delt with was very nice and very helpful. The installer did a good job. Had a question about the upper seal so I went and talked with the installer and he will replace it on Monday. I had a great experience taking care of this problem. I always have. More

Very pleasurable car buying experience! This was my second purchase from Honda of Morristown. Each time the staff has been very friendly and easy to work with. They took the time to listen and get to know you a little, and be personable with you. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain at least the basics, and offered to explain or answer any questions I had. John Wilson was my salesperson and let me see every different vehicle that I wanted to look at. Took the time to help me make decisions and go over the options available. This will be my first choice to go for another Honda in my future. More

2015 Honda Civic We had been car shopping for several months. Extremely hesitant about the whole new car buying experience. Scott was patient with us all 3 visits we We had been car shopping for several months. Extremely hesitant about the whole new car buying experience. Scott was patient with us all 3 visits we made to dealership before even applying. They only pulled our credit once as promised. And we are pleased with how well everyone treated us. Honda has a quality car and professional staff but we were truly sold by the warranty. We've owned the car 3 days and recommended Morristown Honda to at least 10 others already. More
