One satisfied customer. AJ Parker was my salesmen. He approached me with such politeness and was very detailed in what each car possesed. He took his time in explaining how things worked and tried his to the best of his ability to satisfy my needs of a new car.. Another guy named Alex I believe had such a great attitude and was thorough in explaining the terms and services of our car. He has such a good head on his shoulders and seemed to enjoy his job. It really amazed me that I was explained so many things. I had no idea there was so much to know about my car in the inside but Shirley did an amazing job explaining how everything worked and added a great sense of humor into our conversation! She even tooken the time to call me to make sure that I understood everything properly as well as to call if I had any questions. I really appreciated the fact that everyone took their time to explain it all to me and treated my every need! Thanks Honda! More

Broken windshield I had an incident and ended up with a broken windshield. My wife called Honda Morristown and talked withe Josh in the parts Depr. He asked to call bac I had an incident and ended up with a broken windshield. My wife called Honda Morristown and talked withe Josh in the parts Depr. He asked to call back so he could check availability of the item. He called back in about 5 to 10 minutes and had located to item and could schedule me an appointment the next day at 11:00. He was very helpful and courteous. I got to the Dealership at 10:55 and Daryl Setsor who has taken care of me before. It's been a while but he immediatly recognized me. After we talked a couple of minutes the young from the installer was there to pick up the car. It takes a while to get the windshield installed so. I was in the waiting room for a while. The young lady at at the desk across the hall from me (Shirley Santos) checked on me several times she even gave me a hat. She was very nice. Everybody I delt with was very nice and very helpful. The installer did a good job. Had a question about the upper seal so I went and talked with the installer and he will replace it on Monday. I had a great experience taking care of this problem. I always have. More
