I traded my toyota in on a new Honda Insight. When he called, he insinuated I had somehow cheated them and lied or something. I immediately went to the dealership and paid the the $31.00. When they saw I was upset, they didnt u derstand why. I will never go back to this dealer, as you will not know if the deal you made with them is any good. Their word is worthless. I will have any future needs for my Honda car handled by a hopefully more reputable and honest dealer. I believe that once you shake hands the deal is done. The fact theybwaited so long to pay off the other car should not have been charged back to me. If you trade with these people, BEWARE!!! Their word means nothing, and apparently, neither do their contracts. More
