Scammers, Liars and thiefs!! Very dishonest dealership. I went to purchase a car 2012 Honda civic 41,000 miles and I was told what my interest rate would be according to my credit Very dishonest dealership. I went to purchase a car 2012 Honda civic 41,000 miles and I was told what my interest rate would be according to my credit score. I filled out everything and left with the car. A few days later I got a call that the financing did not go through but they was able to get me financed at a much higher rate through Wells Fargo!! (Look up the term yo-yo financing - describes it perfect) I had financing already lined up on my own but they didn't want to use it!! Guess why! (LOOK UP BUY RATE) I learned that the finance company can give the dealership a buy rate then the dealership can add points to the interest and the dealership gets this money back!! It can add up to thousands of dollars on the life of a loan!! Then I was told they could take my financing but I was going to have to put money down and have NO warranty!! I took the car back and left it. When I did I forgot a very expensive camera in the car which I did not miss for a month. I called the dealership and yes they had it!! I had talked to them several times and NO ONE told me they found my camera. It had pictures of me on it so they knew it was mine!! Really Thankful that I did get it back just shows they were going to keep it had I not missed it!! Very dishonest people!! I went to Economy Honda in Chattanooga where I purchased a NEW car and used my own financing and had to put NO money down!! Economy Honda was $3,000 cheaper on the same new cars!! Honda of Morristown is a scam all the way around!! Do your homework before buying a car from them!! More

I went to buy a new car but they sold me a used one which I liked after I driven it I had it few day when they called and said the bank didn't approve the loan but they had approved me for new one which soun I liked after I driven it I had it few day when they called and said the bank didn't approve the loan but they had approved me for new one which sounded fishy I took the car I bought back to see if they could get it approved they didn't so I tested out the new car I was approved for but I had bought a much nicer car then the new I was approved for so I'm still in the market for a car but I will never go back to this dealership again or will my any of family More

Very pressured into buying the vehicle. Once i had purchased it and found out all of the problems it has I can see why! Have been given the run around by everyone I have dealt with since. I traded my toyota in on a new Honda Insight. The deal was done. 10 days later the finance ngr called me wanting more money because they had waited to go pay off my toyota and it had accumulated more int was done. 10 days later the finance ngr called me wanting more money because they had waited to go pay off my toyota and it had accumulated more interest in 10 days. When he called, he insinuated I had somehow cheated them and lied or something. I immediately went to the dealership and paid the the $31.00. When they saw I was upset, they didnt u derstand why. I will never go back to this dealer, as you will not know if the deal you made with them is any good. Their word is worthless. I will have any future needs for my Honda car handled by a hopefully more reputable and honest dealer. I believe that once you shake hands the deal is done. The fact theybwaited so long to pay off the other car should not have been charged back to me. If you trade with these people, BEWARE!!! Their word means nothing, and apparently, neither do their contracts. More
