Great. Fast. Friendly I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I came in and drove the car made a deal got the car and left. All the staff were friendly except Rusty wh I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I came in and drove the car made a deal got the car and left. All the staff were friendly except Rusty which pulled the car out of the show room and squealed the tires pulling out. But the salesmen, service, accessory and financial departments were all friendly and offered anything they could to receive my business. Thanks! More

MY Car Buy Experience I would like to say the purchase went off without a hitch but it didn't. We spent 6 1/2 hours in the dealership before I purchased the car which I fe I would like to say the purchase went off without a hitch but it didn't. We spent 6 1/2 hours in the dealership before I purchased the car which I felt was too long. Then we were unable to take the car with us because there was a software glitch within the bluetooth system. The dealership where the car was shipped from sent the wrong key and owners manuals. These two things caused me to not take final ownership of the car until these issues were resolved. I guess I expected too much anyway, the CEO of the dealership, salesman, and customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Hopefully my next car purchase will go smoother with Honda. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Honda Morristown and hopefully won't be the last Thanks Mr. Creech, Ms. Santos, and Mr. Doherty for helping me purchase what I hope will be the Honda of my dreams. More

I am going to love my new Honda as much as my old one!! I purchased a 2015 CR-V because it just seems familiar to me. After driving my Accord for years, I just couldn't get comfortable in any other make, an I purchased a 2015 CR-V because it just seems familiar to me. One satisfied customer. AJ Parker was my salesmen. He approached me with such politeness and was very detailed in what each car possesed. He took his time in explaining how things worked and tried his to the best of his ability to satisfy my needs of a new car.. Another guy named Alex I believe had such a great attitude and was thorough in explaining the terms and services of our car. He has such a good head on his shoulders and seemed to enjoy his job. It really amazed me that I was explained so many things. I had no idea there was so much to know about my car in the inside but Shirley did an amazing job explaining how everything worked and added a great sense of humor into our conversation! She even tooken the time to call me to make sure that I understood everything properly as well as to call if I had any questions. I really appreciated the fact that everyone took their time to explain it all to me and treated my every need! Thanks Honda! More
