Had only planned to test drive. I went in with plans to just test drive a new Honda CR-V. I was still content with my older model but wanted to see if I could tell a difference in a I went in with plans to just test drive a new Honda CR-V. I was still content with my older model but wanted to see if I could tell a difference in a newer model. I was approached by Rusty Shehee, who wasn't pushy at all, and made a recommendation for me to try. He pointed out all the new safety features as I drove and by the end of the drive, I wanted to buy the car that day!! He and the finance guy, Greg Frazier, made me a deal on my trade in and the new 2015 CR-V. They went to great lengths to find me a gray one, which had to be brought in. There was no need to go to Knoxville to find exactly what I wanted! Then, when it arrived a couple of days later, Rachel Ullery went out of her way to explain all the interior features to me and help me with the technology. She even set up my phone for Bluetooth which I probably would never have figured out on my own!!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received nor with my new car!!! More

Normally at a car lot the salesperson would be interested I have shopped for cars many places in my life, and this by far was the best experience yet! Normally at a car lot the salesperson would be interested simply in the money and nothing else. That is not the case here. Rusty made sure I invested in a car perfect for me from my want list.The rest of the team, Alex made sure I not only got the car I wanted but at an awesome interest rate and with warranty! I was so pleased I sent my mother there the next week to purchase her car. They treated her just as well! There is no doubt this is where I will go for any needs in the future! Awesome experience! What a nightmare! We were on vacation when our Odyssey broke down. Honda Morristown was willing to stay late and fix it to get us back on the road. In the end we ended purchasing a brand new Odyssey to drive home. The staff at Honda Morristown went above and beyond. Staff stayed late, made sure we were comfortable and helped us get the old van unpacked and new van packed. We couldn't be happier. 5 star review to them. Thanks to Rodney Shopshire in sales, Alex Ahlgrim in Finance, Shirley Santos in Delivery, Mike Wilder the Service Manager, David Stout the Service Advisor, and Benny Jones as the Technician. You made a not so fun experience a happy one. The above review was written in June after our great experience. Now in August I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to by worst enemy! We have yet been given the proper documents in order to get our vehicle plated. We have been given 4 temporary tags (one in which was sent to us expired, leaving us without a vehicle for a trip we had planned!). Andrew the general manager has been in contact with us but is giving us the same story everytime. It is one excuse after the next. We are BEYOND frustrated and have now had to open a case with Honda, we are also filing complaints with attorney generals (probably in both states). We are also trying to find a lawyer within TN to handle this. We want to turn the vehicle back in and walk away! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More
